1. Cancellation & refund policy

The Pssshiiit Store offers the opportunity to its customers to cancel the order. (and to return the products)

2. cancellation before the delivery

Please send an E-mail at info@pssshiiit.com or fax (+32 2 353 10 59) in order to confirm your cancellation.

3. return within 10 working days after the delivery of the products

If one or more products do not fulfill your expectations, you can send it/them back. You are responsible for the reshipping. (freight arrangements and costs beared by the customer)

4. return of each damaged product, within 10 working days after the delivery of that product

Each damaged product will be replaced and reshipped without additional costs.You have to confirm it by e-mail or fax within 10 working days after the delivery of that/these product(s). The damaged product(s) has/have to be returned to the address here under:

With the following information:
1. Order number
2. Your full name and address

The products have to be returned in the original, (if possible) unopened packing when you have bought several pieces, unless the one tested.
If you have bought only one piece and have tested it , you can also return this piece.

5. Refunds are made either by Paypal or moneybookers.

These societies are virtual wallets. You just have to suscribe for free. I send money at your account and then you just have to transfer this money at your bank account (free for most countries) or you can use this money to pay for another product somewhere else (Ebay for instance)
